Field Closings

Below is the status of fields as communicated by the district and town respectively.  I will work with the league presidents of the teams scheduled to use closed fields to determine an alternate plan, so if you see that your field is closed, please contact your league president for an update.

Field status for 27 June [Updated at 11:31am on 27 June 2018]

Campus fields:  All fields are closed today due to rain from this morning.

Pineway fields:  All fields are closed today due to rain from this morning.

SCSD (campus fields) policy on field usage:

The district will do our best to let you know field availability by 2PM every weekday.  If we haven’t closed the fields by 2PM you are responsible to determine if the fields are playable for practice or for a game.  Your groups are also responsible to determine if the fields can be used on Saturdays or Sundays.

If the fields are used and damaged, this may result in discontinued use and repair fees may apply.

NOTE:  District Fields 1 and 11 are closed for the 2018 season.  When it is listed that "all [other] fields" are open, it still excludes these fields.
