Waiver Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for consideration for a SJB Hardship Waiver, you must provide the following documents:

·      Proof of Spencerport Residency.

·      All necessary registration information (Proof of Age, etc.)

·      Any necessary supporting documents (Approved Free and/or Reduced Lunch Application, Court documents, etc).

·      A brief explanation of the financial hardship.
